Chesthill
has been an important location in Glenlyon for centuries.
Nowadays there is a Victorian shooting lodge situated at Chesthill. This is privately owned owned by South Chesthill Estate and is used regularly. There is no public access.
Nearby is the site of the house owned by Robert Campbell of Glenlyon (or rather his wife) who became infamous for his part in leading troops at the Massacre of Glencoe. He also owned Meggernie.
The Society endeavours to meet three times a year. For meeting details see the bulletin board.
